Regional Sales Representative - western region

Regional Sales Representative for the western region would assist with managing and coordinating existing accounts and establishing new accounts from initial contact to final sale and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  Research new client contacts
  Initiate sales calls and maintain communications with potential clients
  Maintain database of all communications with existing and potential clients
  Draft presentations and demonstrate services to potential clients
  Respond to incoming requests for information
  Work with development team to relay customer design requirements, enhancements and new feature suggestions
  Survey clients regarding services implemented and customer support
  Solicit leads from existing clients
  Attend TrialNet meetings to ensure knowledge of all aspects of TrialNet's services and capabilities

Professional Requirements:

  B.S./B.A. required
  At least 2 years experience in legal technology sales
  Experience working directly with customers in sales, project management, and technical solutions
  Excellent personal presentation skills
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  Highly motivated and detail oriented
  Familiarity with legal industry
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  Travel required between 25% - 50%
