TrialNet's e-billing service will be rolled out to the State of Louisiana's Office of Risk Management, as well as over 100 of its law firms. The State of Louisiana Office of Risk Management began researching a better means of managing their cases back in 2004. After implementing a new claims management system, the next step was to streamline their invoice process. "We were looking for a more efficient way to manage our invoice process between our claims department and our outside law firms," commented Bud Thompson, State Risk Director.
