According to the July 2004 E Billing Survey released by ILTA, an independent network of legal technology professionals,
law firms resist compliance with their clients' e billing requirements for a number of reasons: difficult custom
formatting for invoices, inability to detect and correct billing errors, lack of information once the invoice is
uploaded, lack of law firm support and law firm expense. With 98% of the surveyed law firms performing E Billing for
at least one client, and 75% submitting invoices through an E Billing vendor, vendors should sit up and take notice.
TrialNet has taken notice. And we've taken the lead.
