TrialNet Relocates to New Office

Leading Provider of Web-based Legal Management Tools Facilitates Growth
with New, Larger Corporate Headquarters

Richmond, VA, April 17, 2007 -- TrialNet, Inc., a leading provider of Web-based management and e-billing tools for the legal profession, announced today the opening of its new headquarters, still in Richmond at 220 Hull Street. The move enables TrialNet to better serve its growing list of corporate and law firm clients.

"We had outgrown our space, and are still growing," said Kelley Johnston, TrialNet's president. "By more than tripling our square footage, we will be able to accommodate our current staff and have plenty of room for the new hires that will help us expand our business and further serve our clients."

The move also allows TrialNet to remain in Richmond, which has always been its home. The company feels that Richmond provides a significant competitive advantage. "Richmond is centrally located -- a short trip to anywhere east of the Mississippi -- which makes it easy for us to reach our clients," added Johnston. The city's outstanding, well-educated labor pool is also an advantage as the company plans to add significant staff in the next year.

While the doors will be officially opened with an open house for clients and friends on May 16, all TrialNet staff members are already installed and working in their new workspaces.
