| Murray H. Wright,
Chairman |
With over 30 years experience as a litigator, Murray has served as both trial counsel and as
national coordinating counsel for significant products and commercial litigation.
He is past Chairman of the Virginia State Bar Construction Law Section and
past counsel to the Virginia Society of the Institute of American Architects. In addition, he is a member of
the Construction Industry Panel of the American Arbitration Association, a past member of the General
Counsel's Roundtable of the American Institute of Architects and a Fellow in the American College of
Construction Lawyers.
Murray's experience as national coordinating counsel for several large clients provided him and his partners
with the inspiration to harness Internet technology as the means through which outside- and in-house counsel
could share information more efficiently. As a result, he, along with several other lawyers and businessmen,
founded TrialNet in 1996.

| M. Kelley Johnston,
President and Chief Executive Officer |
Kelley brings over 21 years experience in litigation and applied legal technology to TrialNet's management
team. Prior to her involvement with TrialNet, Kelley practiced law for 17 years, defending Fortune 500
companies in products liability, mass tort and complex commercial litigation. Throughout her career, Kelley's
focus has been litigation management - coordinating the defense of multiple cases and designing and developing
management tools, such as document and resource databases, standardized discovery responses and witness
development resources.
She began her career in private practice in Richmond, VA with several national law firms, progressing to
shareholder and client relationship partner for several of the firm's products clients. Kelley joined
TrialNet in April 2000 as Vice President and Director of Litigation Management. She was named President in January
2003.

| Craig C. Bram,
Chief Financial Officer |
Craig has over 23 years experience in business management, financial operations, management consulting,
business start-ups and strategic planning for a variety of business and government organizations. He is an
investor in six private companies, has served on their boards and has played an active role in their day-to-day
operations. Craig is also on the Board of Directors of Synalloy Corporation, a public company based in
Greenville, S.C., and is currently Managing Director of McCammon Business Advisors, a consulting company based
in Richmond, Virginia. Craig is a registered investment advisor, serving as President of Horizon Capital
Management, Inc. Horizon Capital provides investment advisory services to individuals and company retirement
plans. In addition, Craig is President of BizPort, which provides business administration outsourcing.
A summa cum laude graduate of James Madison University in Marketing in 1980, Craig received his Masters of
Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1983 with a concentration in Finance.

| Debra Weaver,
Vice President, Marketing and Sales |
With over 17 years experience in the legal market, Debbie brings energy and inspiration to TrialNet's sales
efforts. An essential employee of TrialNet since its inception, she knows what it takes to build a loyal client
base. She is responsible for TrialNet's marketing efforts, from the creation of marketing material and
coordination of trade show events to web site enhancement and client development.
Prior to joining TrialNet, Debbie worked with numerous law firms, providing systems and organizational support for
products liability and other mass tort litigation groups, medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys.
Throughout her career, Debbie's focus has been database creation and management, administrative contact and
coordinator for various national litigation teams, and creation and management of document databanks. She joined
TrialNet in 1996 as Executive Assistant to the President, and became Director of Customer Relations in 2000. She
was named VP Marketing and Sales in 2005.
Debbie is a member of the Legal Marketing Association, which serves the needs and maintains the professional
standards of men and women involved in marketing within the legal profession.

| Arnold Brown,
Vice President, E Billing Training & Support |
Arnold is a CPA with 20 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing information systems for
fee-based companies. Before joining TrialNet in 2001, Arnold was Vice President of Product Services for
PeerPoint Technologies, Inc., an industry leader in the 1990's of software-based electronic billing. While at
PeerPoint, Arnold implemented systems at Fortune 500 companies, such as Columbia HCA, General Motors, Dow
Chemical and WR Grace, and converted over 300 law firms to electronic invoicing. Arnold's experience spans all
phases of electronic billing including design, development, testing, documentation, training, support,
staffing, and project management.
Arnold is a graduate of Memphis State University. He is an active member of the LEDES Oversight Committee, a
group of industry representatives that develops and supports an open standard file format for legal e
billing.

| Diana Eller,
Webmaster |
Diana has over 12 years experience in computer and programming development. Her talents range from website
creation and design to training and support. She is well versed in both open source programming such as HTML,
Perl, PHP, Javascript, MySQL, Mason and Linux, as well as proprietary programming such as IE, Adobe, MS Windows
and MS Office. She began her career with Accelerated Computer Education, supporting systems for entities such
as GTE and the Social Security Administration. From 1995-1997, Diana honed her web design and programming
skills in the Creative Media Department at InfiNet, where she developed websites for clients such as CBS, Jack
Daniels and Lexington Furniture. Diana also was instrumental in assisting Gannett and Knight Ridder in getting
their newspapers on line. She joined TrialNet in 1997, and was named Webmaster in 2002.

| Brett Fortune,
Director of Quality Assurance |
Brett, a certified software quality analyst, brings to TrialNet over a decade of experience in quality assurance, most recently as a consultant on projects preparing and coordinating Sarbanes- Oxley Gate events for Fannie Mae. Prior to that, he spent seven years as a Quality Assurance Project Lead for iXL, Inc. and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
