It's easy to start winning with efficient billing. Here's the process we'll follow to get you up and running.
  1. Your client sends a letter to all counsel advising of the implementation of TrialNet's E-billing service, and what is expected of them.
  2. TrialNet sends a letter to all counsel advising of TrialNet's services, subscription form, and a brochure with further information about TrialNet.
  3. Upon receipt of your law firm subscription form, a TrialNet E-billing coordinator will review the information and contact the firm's representative for clarification or additional information as needed. Based on the information gathered, TrialNet will create a plan and timeline for implementation, taking into consideration the client's expectations and the firm's capabilities.
  4. TrialNet will set up firm members for access to the TrialNet E-billing site, and will establish a target date for delivery of the firm's timekeeper profiles and test invoices.
  5. Your firm will provide a file of firm timekeeper profiles and test invoices.
  6. TrialNet will assist you in creating an electronic invoice that is compliant with the client's invoice submission requirements, converting it to LEDES format and successfully uploading document for auditing.
  7. TrialNet will work with you to ensure all invoice data is reconciled with client's E-billing requirements, such as client matter numbering and timekeeper information.
  8. When required by the client, you will submit electronic invoices to the client's quality assurance department for review and compliance testing.
  9. Your firm will then successfully create and transmit a live invoice to TrialNet without assistance from TrialNet personnel. Once this is accomplished, you complete the implementation process and TrialNet Customer Support takes over for any ongoing technical support issues.
