It's easy to start winning with shared knowledge. Here's the process we'll follow to get you up and running.

  1. Your client will send all counsel a letter advising of the implementation of TrialNet's matter management service, and what is expected of them.
  2. TrialNet will send a letter to all counsel advising of TrialNet's service, subscription form, and a brochure with further information about TrialNet.
  3. Upon receipt of your law firm subscription form, TrialNet will set up firm members for access to the TrialNet collaborative site.
  4. TrialNet will contact your law firm to schedule date/time for on-line training.
  5. Once training is complete, TrialNet will advise members once again to review Counsel Guidelines and the Guidelines for the use of TrialNet that have been posted on the site. Members can then begin adding documents (i.e., expert/fact witness depositions, CVs, case-specific documents, calendar event dates, etc.), viewing and retrieving information from the site, and posting/responding to threads in the conference rooms.
  6. On-line support will be available 24/7 during entire contractual period for all law firm members.
