VendorConnect allows you to manage "other outside vendor" costs, such as court reporting, photocopying, document retrieval, etc. TrialNet submits RFPs to all vendors offering the services you want to contain. TrialNet compiles the responses and negotiates "best available rates" for your business. You choose a vendor. The vendor processes its invoices in Ledes format through TrialNet (or uses TrialNet's manual e-billing feature that allows them to create invoices on-line). These "other outside vendor" invoices have E-codes applied to them by TrialNet so that we can ensure the vendor is complying with rates quoted. Invoices go through the audit process, just like the law firm invoices. Critical violations must be corrected before being submitted to client.
