Development Operations Manager

The Development Ops Manager would oversee TrialNet's product development team and supervise the development of modifications and enhancements to current TrialNet web-based systems as well as the development of new product and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

		Work with Project Managers and Client Representatives to interpret client needs and requirements
		Work with Project Managers and other internal management to develop proposed customizations and enhancements to current systems as well as development of new system features
		Work with key personnel to develop tactical plans for product development and delivery, as well as generate project delivery timeframes and manage milestones and deliverables throughout the project development process
		Review and approve functional specifications for new and enhanced system features
		Lead the development team in execution of modifications and enhanced system features
		Manage assignments and workflow of development team
		Oversee quality control of developed products and services
		Work with Project Managers and development team to ensure modifications and enhancements are fully tested and implemented to client's and internal management's satisfaction

Professional Requirements:

		Project management or team lead experience
		B.S./B.A. required
		Strong interpersonal and communication skills
		Strong technical skills in operating systems, relational databases and systems integration
		Minimum of 2 years experience with programming, open source preferred
