It's easy to start winning with better collaboration. Here's the process we'll follow to get you up and running.
- We'll provide you with a contractual agreement for review and signature.
- Immediately upon your decision to implement collaborative service, we'll schedule a date for a requirements meeting
- You'll provide TrialNet with a point of contact, a list of in-house employees that will need access to the system, and list of outside counsel.
- A requirements meeting will be held at your office to address customizations of extranet. Customizations will begin immediately following meeting.
- You'll provide us your company logo in either tiff, gif or jpg format.
- TrialNet will complete the customizations and provide you with access for review and testing.
- Your team will review the site and test/revise/approve the customizations.
- TrialNet will set up a date and time for on site training of your in-house staff.
- You'll send a letter to all counsel advising them of the implementation of TrialNet's services, and what is expected of them.
- TrialNet will send a letter to all counsel approx 2 weeks after your letter, advising of TrialNet's services and enclosing a subscription form and brochure with further information about TrialNet.
- We'll travel to your office for training.
- Upon receipt of each firm subscription form, we'll set up firm members for access to the site and contact the firm to set up training date.
- Counsel guidelines and guidelines for the use of TrialNet will be posted to your site no later than 30 days after requirements meeting. An email can be sent to all counsel advising that they review the guidelines.
- On-line support will be available 24/7 during entire contractual period for all your members.
Collaboration implementations typically take two to three months, but can be as swift as two weeks from contract
signing. The amount and significance of your requested customizations frequently determines the speed of your
implementation.
