It's easy to start winning with shared knowledge. Here's the process we'll follow to get you up and running.

  1. TrialNet will provide you with a Contractual Agreement for review and signature.
  2. We'll schedule a date for a Requirements Meeting immediately upon decision to implement Matter Management service.
  3. You will provide us with a point of contact, a list of in-house employees that will need access to system, and a list of outside counsel.
  4. A requirements meeting will be held at your offices to address customizations of extranet. Customizations will begin immediately following meeting.
  5. You will provide TrialNet with your company logo in either tiff, gif or jpg format.
  6. We will coordinate with your IT department to determine data transfer methods and schedule data transfer of current case/matter information.
  7. We will determine data archive protocols.
  8. TrialNet will complete customizations and provide access to your team for review and testing.
  9. Your team will review the site and test/ revise/ approve the customizations.
  10. We will set up a date and time for on site training of your in-house staff.
  11. You'll send letters to all counsel advising of the implementation of TrialNet's services, and what is expected of them.
  12. TrialNet will send letters to all counsel approx 2 weeks after your letter advising of TrialNet's services, enclosing a subscription form and brochure with further information about TrialNet.
  13. TrialNet will travel to your office for training.
  14. Upon receipt of each firm's subscription form, TrialNet will set up firm members for access to the site and will contact the firm to set up training date.
  15. Counsel guidelines and guidelines for the use of TrialNet will be posted to your site no later than 30 days after our requirements meeting. An email can be sent to all counsel advising that they review the guidelines.
  16. On-line support will then be available 24/7 during entire contractual period for all client and law firm members.
Matter management implementations typically take two to four months. The amount and significance of your requested customizations, as well as data conversion frequently determine the speed of your implementation.
